We can also provide perspective renderings of virtually any angle of the home interior or exterior. Cost based on complexity and detail requirement.

Our floor plan design services are affordable and can have a quick turn around time depending on client requirements. We can typically provide a complete custom set of plans based on a meeting between the client and designer in under 2 weeks, and do this cheaper than buying stock plans from a catalog or internet. This means you can have a home designed just for you and save money.

Of course this all depends on individual requirements, but we are happy to meet as often as it takes and assist with any questions along the way.

Seth Williams
Owner / Interior Designer

After spending four years in the United States Marine Corps Seth pursued a degree in Interior Design from the University of Alabama. He earned his Bachelors in 2000 graduating with honors and at the top of his class. His Art and Design was published in an annual design competition in Tuscaloosa, as well as being recognized for superior design and engineering in an annual Lighting Design Competition. While at Alabama he gained an education focusing on Design, Drafting, Art, and Architecture. Obtaining experience in both residential and light commercial projects. He worked with Architecture and Construction firms, gaining experience ranging from computer design, and material specification to project management. Following graduation Seth has worked in many aspects of the construction industry. He has specialized as a kitchen designer, and worked as a superintendent maintaining multiple projects. Williams Home Builders was created in 2004 and has been a pursuit to provide affordable, custom homes with character and personality which is often lacking in todays cookie cutter housing market. As the lead designer for Williams Home Builders, Seth focuses on creating a one of a kind floor plan and overall Interior Design to match the needs and desires of each individual client.

Since 2006 Williams Home Builders has been proud to use SoftPLAN as their primary residential design software. Allowing limitless flexibility and incredible accuracy this allows us to provide homeowners with exceptional plan detail and varying views, including 3D if desired, in order for them to better visualize the end product. This also allows for rapid and affordable plan modifications which most companies limit or drastically over charge for. As the designer we will be available at any time if questions arise during construction, and if we are also the builder then we can provide the ultimate in quality control, ensuring that you receive the home of you dreams.
